About Role:.

The Ads Account Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing.

performance marketing campaigns for AiSensy's clients.

- This role involves strategic campaign management on social media platforms, with a strong focus on Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) campaigns.

- The ideal candidate is data-driven, client-focused, and has a deep understanding of paid advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities:.

Campaign Strategy & Management:.

- Develop, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- Strategize and implement Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.

- Manage and monitor budgets to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition and ROI.

Client Account Management:.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and providing strategic guidance.

- Regularly update clients with campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

- Address client queries and resolve any campaign-related issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:.

- Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to optimize performance.

- Use data insights to refine targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Coordination:.

- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad content and visuals.

- Coordinate with product and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of CTWA campaigns with client CRM systems.

- Share market insights and consumer trends to influence overall marketing strategy.

Process Improvement:.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising.

- Innovate and experiment with new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

- Contribute to the development of internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of campaign management.

Requirements & Qualifications.

Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.

- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Sales (preferred).

Experience:.

- 3-6 years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of running successful performance marketing campaigns.

- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
