We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI-first InsurTech startup helping Indian consumers manage their insurance portfolios with smarter, user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Own product roadmap, define priorities, and drive execution

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features

- Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and translate into actionable requirements

- Define and track success metrics; run experiments and make data-driven decisions

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities

- Drive 01 product initiatives with focus on mobile-first experiences

Skills Required:

- 2-3 years of experience in Product Management (B2C, preferably mobile-first)

- Strong technical proficiency software architecture, APIs, system design

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (especially LLM applications)

- Proven track record of building products/features from scratch

- Hands-on experience with user research, wireframing, product discovery

- Strong analytical mindset; data-driven decision-making

- Startup mindset adaptable, execution-focused, thrives in ambiguity

- Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, Business, or related field

Good to Have:

- Experience in FinTech/InsurTech or lending products

- Understanding of Indian financial services & regulatory landscap

- Familiarity with commission-based business models
