Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Support critical decision-making processes through strong research, analytics, and business modeling.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring execution is aligned with company objectives.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate strategic outcomes and business impact.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of strategy across departments.
- Identify and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovation areas.

Core Skills & Requirements:
- 4-7 years of proven experience in strategy, business planning, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data interpretation and insights generation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry trends.
- Ability to structure complex problems and develop actionable strategies.
