IN-HOUSE LEGAL TEAM
The team handles core legal work such as contract management, statutory compliance, managing intellectual property rights, risk management, insurance, M&A support etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise and recommend appropriate courses of action to the management and business teams on legal issues, commercial transaction structures, risks and company policies and procedures
- Assist in the assessment and interpretation of contracts with a primary focus on reducing and mitigating delivery and contractual risks associated with the services being provided
- Ensure contract compliance framework and exception playbook are all followed properly
- Protecting the value of AGSs name and brand from any contractual or commercial exposure and do business consistent with US Laws
- Lead contract risk assessment and review of terms and conditions for new proposals and contract changes
- General Legal Support related to risk management, applicability of new legislations or changes in existing laws, that have an impact in the operations of the company, compliance analysis on
constantly evolving technology challenges etc.
ACADEMIC AND EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS
- Depending on the title/position, expected post qualification relevant years of experience may vary ranging from 5 to 7 years for AM, 7 to 10 years for Manager
- Experience in all matters related to Contracts, Statutory Compliance, Regulatory laws, etc.
- Experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management industry will be an added advantage
