Key Responsibilities:
Category Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute robust business plans and long-term category strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Define competitive go-to-market strategies to drive growth and differentiation.
P&L Ownership
- Own the category P&L, driving revenue, profitability, and pricing strategies.
- Optimize trade margins and operational efficiency to maximize returns.
Product & Portfolio Management
- Lead new product development (NPD) and manage the complete product lifecycle.
- Ensure product compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the product portfolio for market relevance.
Sales & Channel Development
- Build and scale the category across modern trade, e-commerce, exports, and B2B channels.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop partnerships and expand market share.
- Enable sales teams with insights, tools, and strategies for effective execution.
Marketing & Brand Building
- Partner with marketing to design ATL, BTL, digital campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Leverage data-driven insights to strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, or Wellness categories, with a strong track record of scaling businesses.
- Proven expertise in P&L management, pricing, and trade strategies.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and product quality standards in the wellness industry.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working across multiple sales channels, including modern trade and e-commerce
