The Role
We are looking for a driven sales professional to join and strengthen our Institutional Business team. This is a high-ownership role with responsibility for driving revenue growth, building relationships with large institutional buyers, and executing expansion initiatives across India.
Youll work closely with leadership, gaining direct exposure to P&L levers (pricing, margins, unit economics) while leading execution at scale. For ambitious professionals, this role is a launchpad toward future P&L leadership.
What Youll Do
- Drive Institutional Sales: Own revenue delivery, contributing to Agrims 500 Cr+ annual institutional business.
- Expand Market Share: Unlock new geographies, drive repeat business, and increase wallet share with institutional buyers.
- Execution Discipline: Implement data-driven sales processes and deliver predictable outcomes.
- Commercial Acumen: Work with leadership on pricing, unit economics, and margin optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with supply, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution and fulfillment.
What Were Looking For
Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG, Pharma, Construction, Agri-inputs, or B2B institutional sales.
Skills & Traits:
- Strong sales execution and negotiation skills.
- High ownership, resilience, and agility in fast-paced environments.
- Comfort with numbers and data-driven decision-making.
- Hunger to grow into larger P&L responsibilities.
