Role Overview

Agrim is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to support the Brand Partnerships team in driving partnership operations, presentations, and analytics. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to gain hands-on experience in partnership management and brand strategy within the agri-tech sector.


Key Responsibilities


- Joint Business Plan (JBP) Closures: Assist in coordinating and finalizing JBPs with partner brands, aligning on goals, metrics, and deliverables.


- MIS Locking and Sharing: Maintain, update, and share key Management Information System (MIS) reports for brand partnerships, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution.

- Seller Analytics: Track and analyze seller performance metrics, offering insights to improve engagement and optimize partnerships.

- Escalation Handling: Act as the point of contact for partnership-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong partner relationships.

- Category Collaboration: Work closely with category teams to align on internal plans and support the execution of category-specific partnership goals.

- Presentation Development: Create impactful, visually compelling presentations for partner meetings, reviews, and internal updates.

- Market Research and Insights: Conduct regular research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance to support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications


Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA Preferred.

Experience: 2-4 years in an operational, analytical, or support role, preferably in e-commerce, partnerships, or B2B marketplaces.

Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create data-driven reports and presentations. Analytical skills SQL preferred.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively across teams.

Problem-solving: Resourceful and proactive, capable of handling escalations and finding solutions quickly.
