About the Role-
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll:
- Lead end-to-end business development initiatives to acquire high-value clients and expand market share.
- Craft and execute a winning India-focused GTM strategy to boost revenue and brand presence.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct deep market research to spot trends, assess competition, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Drive high-stakes negotiations and close strategic deals that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Ops) to ensure seamless execution.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Who Should Apply?
- 10-15 years of business development/sales leadership experience, with a strong focus on the Indian market.
- Proven success in securing and scaling large enterprise accounts.
- Deep understanding of India's market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA or equivalent (preferred), with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
