Role & Responsibilities :
- Driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic number achievement plans.
- Ensuring sales targets are met through relationship-driven approaches rather than direct enforcement.
- Ensuring the right market assessment for units to be launched.
- Ensuring seamless product launches.
- Organizing orientation sessions for shop floor teams, doctors and medical teams
- Ensuring timely and smart solutions for all escalations.
- Collaborating with managerial and decision-making teams to provide structured reporting and business insights.
- Communicating key insights, challenges, and strategic recommendations to the key stakeholders.
