- Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Achieve business targets of the area for various quarters as well as the financial year
- Building the AffordPlan brand within the defined hospital network zone
- Maintaining strong relationships with doctors, and customers.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new executives.
- Forecasting daily MIS on product performance across all branches
- Preparing sales reports/power point presentations
- Managing reconciliation with the hospital.
Requirements:
- Strong sales experience in B2C services, preferably in BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Credit Cards.
- Analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.
- Team management experience, preferably with a focus on managing female staff.
- Retention and attrition control expertise.
