We are looking for a Branch Head to lead our counselling operations, deliver exceptional student experiences, and drive sustainable growth for our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and mentor the counselling team to deliver consistent, high-quality student services across all major destinations.
- Drive CRM adoption, compliance, and process excellence, ensuring adherence to policies and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular team reviews, provide upskilling opportunities, and implement strategies to boost team productivity and service quality.
Student Counselling & Outcomes:
- Oversee the end-to-end student journeyfrom course shortlisting and applications to visa submissions.
- Ensure students receive accurate, timely, and ethical advice aligned with admission requirements, visa guidelines, and scholarship opportunities.
- Monitor counselling quality through audits, feedback, and compliance checks.
Market Knowledge & Partnerships:
- Stay updated on admissions processes, visa regulations, scholarships, and international education trends, with a strong focus on Australia and other key destinations.
- Build and nurture relationships with universities, institutions, and stakeholders to strengthen pipelines and enhance opportunities for students.
Business Development & Brand Building:
- Plan and execute workshops, seminars, education fairs, and outreach events to amplify AECCs brand presence.
- Support client and institutional meetings, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to marketing strategies, outreach plans, budgets, and branch business plans to achieve targets.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
- Track and analyze branch KPIs, generate regular reports (weekly/monthly), and present actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
- Leverage data for forecasting, planning, and counselling performance optimization.
Operational Excellence:
- Conduct regular audits of counselling quality, process adherence, and compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, admissions, operations) to ensure smooth execution of branch strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent); Masters preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the international education sector, with strong B2C exposure.
- Proven leadership track record in managing counselling/advisory teams with measurable results.
- In-depth understanding of international education markets, particularly Australia.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, business planning, and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools for student lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High integrity, ethical decision-making, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Mandatory: Fluent in English and Malayalam.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
