Job Description:
We owe our success to the efficiency of organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we're seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a business acumen and proven success in managing a department for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in driving Operations and Projects and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
Objectives of this role:
- Maintain constant inter departmental & within team communication
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the Production and align with targets
- Lead from front for the tasks / initiatives identified within the Projects and Processes.
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Track attrition & staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Focus on People Development
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
- Manage metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors in Processes, and deliver excellent Project Output.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
- Conduct reviews and report situations along with solutions to upper management
Required skills and qualifications:
- Three or more years of proven success in an operations management role
- Strong skills in driving People and Projects.
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational culture.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- MBA preferred.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Ability to Learn Organization Software
