Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager - Project Sales to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors to promote our premium laminate products and secure project orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential project clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to order closure and post-sales support.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key project clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Expedite orders and ensure timely delivery of products to project sites.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Manage logistics, including transportation and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant delivery and installation guidelines.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure accurate product specifications and implementation.
- Resolve any project-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct market research to identify new project opportunities and trends.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the building materials, interior design, or related industry.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, and contractors is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
