- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in Architecture, OEM, Contractor, and Institutional Sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project sales, direct sales (B2B/B2C) and possess excellent skills in dealing with Architects and Interior Designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with Architects, OEMs, Contractors, Interior Designers, and Institutional Clients.
- Identify and drive project sales opportunities within the building material (cement) industry.
- Effectively handle direct sales (B2B & B2C) to achieve business growth.
- Present and promote premium product offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, project sales, or direct sales (B2B/B2C) within the building material
(cement) industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and represent premium product offerings effectively.
