- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Ad Sales Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and growing ad sales in the LATAM and SEA regions.
- This role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, excellent client relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive ad revenue in the LATAM and SEA regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in target markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in ad sales, specifically in the LATAM and SEA regions.
- Candidates should have proven experience in performance ad sales.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, display, and social media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or other relevant languages is a plus.
