Our client, a leading real estate technology platform, is looking to hire a Head of Administration & Facilities to oversee and manage their PAN India operations. This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring seamless facility management across locations, and implementing best practices to support a rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities -
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and upkeep of all office spaces
- Manage relationships with vendors, property managers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement facility management policies for space planning, seating arrangements, and asset management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Manage daily administrative functions, including travel arrangements, security, transport, and housekeeping
- Handle office supplies, utility management, and general services to ensure seamless operations
- Implement and oversee security protocols to ensure employee safety and asset protection
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory standards, and safety requirements
- Plan and coordinate office events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs
Qualifications -
- 10+ years of experience in Facilities, Administration, or Workplace Management
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management
- Experience in managing multi-location offices with a focus on efficiency and cost control
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
