7) Experience in business development, B2B sales, project management, or institutional collaborations and partnerships preferably within the sports ecosystem.

8) Demonstrated success in academy-level partnerships, event-based marketing, or institutional sales. Exposure to high-performance sport or athlete management contexts.

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Goal Setting & Execution

- Develop, implement, and monitor short- and long-term goals for collaboration and departmental growth.

- Ensure alignment with the departments mission to enhance athlete mental performance and well-being.

2. Partnership Development

- Identify, build, and nurture partnerships with sports academies, federations, training institutes, NGOs, and relevant stakeholders.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing collaborators to ensure ongoing engagement and value exchange.

3. Opportunity Identification

- Continuously explore new avenues for collaboration that promote mental wellness in sports.

- Leverage networks and market trends to identify innovative models for outreach and engagement.

4. Outreach & Client Engagement

- Lead outreach campaigns to promote the department's services, workshops, and athlete support programs.

- Work closely with internal teams to tailor offerings based on partner needs and feedback.

5. Data Management & Reporting

- Document daily operations including leads generated, follow-ups, collaboration outcomes, and conversions.

- Prepare structured monthly reports to track KPIs and communicate performance metrics to leadership.

6. Cross-functional Coordination

- Collaborate with psychologists, performance coaches, marketing, and operations teams to support seamless service delivery.

- Coordinate events, webinars, or sessions with partner institutions.
