Inside Sales Specialist


Key Responsibilities :


- Identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, cold calling, networking & marketing support to contribute to the sales pipeline.


- Coordinate and schedule monthly meetings for Sales Managers, ensuring timely and efficient meeting logistics, and meeting a set monthly target for setting up meetings.


- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide support in sales activities, including documentation, follow-up, and reporting.


- Work closely with Sales Managers to support their efforts in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.


- Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a streamlined workflow and alignment with sales strategies.


- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.


- Accurately document and maintain records of sales activities, updates, and progress in the CRM system


Qualifications:


- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.


- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.


- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


- Candidate must be from Tier1 City.
