We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Ads Specialist with proven expertise in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across leading eCommerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.

This role demands a data-driven marketer who can craft winning strategies, optimize ROI, and deliver measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate will not only manage end-to-end ad operations but also play a strategic role in aligning campaign execution with client business objectives, while mentoring a team of media experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Design, launch, and manage sponsored ads and performance campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other quick-commerce platforms.

- Allocate budgets effectively across platforms and continuously refine to maximize ROI.

- Optimize keyword targeting, bids, negative keywords, and audience segmentation.

Performance Management:

- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends and insights for real-time optimization.

- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.

- Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives, keywords, and ad formats.

Client Engagement:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand business objectives, product positioning, and growth goals.

- Present insights, performance reviews, and strategy recommendations with clear communication.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a small team of media buyers and analysts to execute campaigns effectively.

- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure continuous skill development.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with detailed analysis of ROI, spend efficiency, and key KPIs.

- Stay updated with platform-specific updates, tools, and features to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce Ads management across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy.

- Strong expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, and quick-commerce ad platforms.

- Proven ability to drive performance marketing with measurable ROI improvements.

- Certification in Amazon Advertising / Flipkart Ads highly preferred.

- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.

- Experience in team management or mentoring is an advantage
