Job Description:

Role Department: Manager - Sales Sales

Reports To: Sr Manager or above

Purpose of the role:

- To enhance business from PTL, Cruiser, Conveyor line of business by opting for projects which have smaller quantities required for the same.

- The appointment will focus on building Addverb's presence in the MSME sector and building a completely new business funnel.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges in warehouse operations.

- Analysis and Solution Design - Work with clients to understand their specific warehouse automation requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.

- Presenting and Pitching Solutions - Effectively communicate the value proposition of warehouse automation solutions, highlighting benefits like increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved accuracy.

- Sales Process Management - Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Building Relationships - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support.

- Be in touch with internal teams for any large opportunity.

- Meeting Sales Targets - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas

- Market Knowledge - Stay up to date with the investments in the region and Warehouse Hubs.

- Technical Proficiency - Develop a good understanding of warehouse automation technologies and be able to discuss technical aspects with clients

- Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and customer service, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualification: MBA

Work Ex: 1-2 years
