Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and facilitate training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead generation activities.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the team and ensure their consistent achievement.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
- Forecast sales, develop pipelines, and track progress against goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee the management of client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address escalated client issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a point of contact for key accounts when necessary.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Provide insights to senior management on market dynamics and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, with some demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and foster strong business relationships.
- Highly organized, analytical, and proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
