About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Affiliate Manager - Mobile to join our team.

- The role requires managing relationships with mobile publishers and affiliates, driving performance-based campaigns, and ensuring delivery on user acquisition goals.

- The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CPI, CPA, CPL models, and hands-on experience in mobile affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with mobile publishers, networks, and affiliates

- Plan, execute, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across performance models (CPI, CPA, CPL)

- Negotiate payouts, campaign terms, and partnerships to ensure profitability

- Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze reports, and take corrective actions

- Work with internal teams to align on campaign goals and delivery strategies

- Identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to scale mobile campaigns

- Ensure campaign ROI and adherence to client KPIs

- Keep updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies

Requirement:

- 2-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with focus on mobile campaigns

- Proven knowledge of performance marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPM)

- Experience in handling affiliate networks, publishers, and mobile media buying

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics
