Your role and responsibility:
- Support client engagement during business pitches, to position AGL's products & services, in line with the business requirements.
- Anchor client engagement as the technical expert for AGL's product and solution portfolio.
- Capture customer requirements accurately and propose solutions along with deployment support documentation for clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Active participation in the early validation of sales opportunities, coordinate sales support activities to nurture the qualified lead and support strategic engagement.
- Structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining USPs to clients besides creating technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.
- Create solutions and participate in technology selections/PoCs.
- Sound technical knowledge of advanced Web and Mobile technologies trending today.
- Deliver training on solutions and provide internal stakeholders.
- Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations.
- Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
- Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework.
- To assume responsibility as interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery.
- Be accountable for proposed solution robustness and accuracy of commercials.
- Analyse and identify if there are any revenue leakage.
- Review the cost deployed and identify areas of optimization.
- Manage CXO level MIS reporting.
- Help in planning for the new project and initiative on resource planning.
- Review manpower utilization by timesheet analysis.
- Collecting and Analyzing data points related to employees, Revenue, cost elements to gather insight.
