Role Overview:
- AdGlobal360 is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Ecommerce Manager to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the online sales channels for our clients across various e-commerce platforms. You will be instrumental in driving online sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the effective management of product listings, promotions, and overall online store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies across multiple platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Quick Commerce, and potentially others, to achieve client objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of client online stores, ensuring optimal performance and a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Catalog & Product Listing Management:
- Manage and maintain accurate and compelling product catalogs and listings across all assigned e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and product information, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.
Master Data Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and updating of master product data in coordination with Brand Managers, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all online channels.
New Product Launches:
- Plan and execute the launch of new products on e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate listings, optimized content, and effective promotional strategies.
Content Optimization & Enhancement:
- Drive the optimization of product content (Base Content, KVs, A+ Content) to improve search visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Implement SEO best practices for product listings and online store pages.
Creative Asset Coordination:
- Collaborate with designers and creative teams to develop high-quality visual assets (images, videos, banners) that align with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
Promotions & Merchandising:
- Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies across e-commerce platforms to drive sales and achieve marketing objectives.
- Ensure promotional banners and content are implemented accurately and in alignment with the marketing calendar.
E-commerce Partner Relationship Management:
- Liaise with e-commerce platform partners (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key e-commerce metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, traffic, customer behavior) to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
- Implement and analyze A/B tests on various elements of the online store (e.g., product listings, banners, pricing) to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
In-Store Audit Coordination (If Applicable):
- Coordinate with relevant teams to conduct in-store audits (manually or using tools like Clavis) to ensure online and offline consistency.
Location: Phase 5, Sector 19, Gurgaon, Haryana
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 30 days
Experience: 6-8 years
Required Skills:
E-commerce Platform Expertise:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing product listings and online stores on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Quick Commerce).
- Strong understanding of platform-specific requirements, guidelines, and best practices.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platform backend systems and content management tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research for e-commerce.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
Communication & Coordination:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving:
- Ability to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
