Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Head - Account Management & Marketing Strategy to lead our client servicing and strategic planning efforts. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a seasoned leader, and a digital marketing expert with a proven track record of managing large client portfolios and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert counsel on digital marketing strategies.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Independently manage relationships with large, complex clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Advocate for client needs within the agency, ensuring that internal teams understand and prioritize client requirements.

- Proactively monitor client performance and provide regular reports and insights.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account & Client Servicing Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

- Identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development.

- Effectively allocate resources and manage team workloads to ensure efficient project delivery.

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client business objectives.

- Possess a deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing, Automation, Analytics, and Content Marketing.

- Understand client business and marketing requirements and propose innovative digital solutions leveraging marketing technology and analytics.

- Collaborate closely with planning and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.

- Assist the sales team with strategic input and presentations during sales pitches.

- Implement and maintain sound project management processes and tools for efficient delivery and execution.

- Ensure that all deliverables meet high standards of quality and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Track project performance and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and challenges.

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure high client retention rates.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.

- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 6-10 years of total experience in marketing or advertising.

- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in digital marketing.

- At least 3 years of experience in client servicing or account management roles.

- Very sound understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing, Automation, Analytics, and Content Marketing.

- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolios, with prior experience leading a team of account managers.

- Ability to understand business requirements and propose digital solutions that achieve client objectives.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conceive and communicate complex digital strategies.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education: Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration.
