Role:
- As our City Growth Director, you will be the CEO of your city - driving both Sales and Acquisition while leading the team that makes it all happen.
- You'll own the P&L, team performance, and city expansion plan. This role demands hustle, leadership, common sense, and a fearless builder mindset.
What You'll Be Doing?
Strategy & Execution:
- Own and drive city-level growth (screens + revenue)
- Build city-level Go-To-Market plans, define micro-markets, and spot opportunities early
- Be agile - unlearn, learn, and iterate fast based on on-ground feedback
Retail Acquisition:
- Identify high-footfall venues (supermarkets, sports courts, gyms, cafes, etc)
- Negotiate win-win deals with retail partners (revenue share/rental)
- Ensure smooth handoff to ops for timely installations
Sales & Revenue:
- Pitch DOOH campaigns to brands, local agencies, and advertisers
- Drive conversions and help the team hit monthly targets
- Monitor brand satisfaction, renewals, and collections
