AcoBloom International - Senior Manager - US/UK Audit

- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager - US/UK Audit to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing audit engagements, working with both US and UK accounting standards, and delivering high-quality audits to clients. The Senior Manager will lead a team of auditors and work closely with clients to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial reporting and audits.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent certification required).

- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in audit, with exposure to both US and UK accounting/auditing standards.

- Experience of industry-specific accounting issues (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, EBP,NPO, Real estate, oil and gas etc.)

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, and related auditing standards (e.g., ISA, PCAOB).

- Proven experience managing large-scale audits and supervising audit teams.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior management.

- Experience in managing client relationships and providing strategic audit insights.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of audit engagements from planning to completion.

- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare, ACL, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
