Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to serve as an Order-to-Cash Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order-to-Cash processes, with a proven ability to handle and resolve disputes effectively. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong data analysis capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Order-to-Cash Process: Apply a strong background in Order-to-Cash processes to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of transactions from order to payment.

- Dispute Management: Effectively handle and resolve a variety of disputes, applying a basic understanding of cash application and analysis.

- System Management: Utilize dispute tracking systems such as Salesforce and PeopleSoft. Use working experience with SAP and Oracle for related tasks.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Apply advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to perform robust data analysis and create clear reports.

- Customer Relations: (Good to have) Handle a client-facing role, managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Order-to-Cash Expertise: Strong background in Order-to-Cash processes.

- Dispute Management: Proven experience in handling and resolving disputes effectively.

- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

- Core Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong dispute resolution skills, and robust data analysis capabilities.

- Communication: Good communication skills and a self-starter mindset.

Preferred Skills:

- Systems: Familiarity with dispute tracking systems like Salesforce and PeopleSoft. Working experience with SAP and Oracle.

- Client-Facing: Ability to handle a client-facing role and manage customer relationships.

- Cash Application: Basic understanding of cash application and analysis.

Education & Experience

Education: A bachelor's/master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash processes.
