About Client

Our client is B2B SASS fintech company presence in 18 different with global customer in their name.

Role Overview:

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own and drive growth for one large key account, ensuring strong relationships, adoption of client's solutions, and revenue expansion. You'll act as a trusted advisor, crafting sales strategies, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize account potential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Account Ownership & Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan for a large BFSI account, driving revenue growth, adoption, and client satisfaction.

- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Build a robust account plan, define sales pipeline targets, and craft competitive pricing models. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and work towards engagement without RFPs.

- Customer Success & Ecosystem Development: Lead a team of Sales, Solutioning, Customer Success, and Product experts to enhance client relationships and ensure seamless execution of client value proposition.

- Relationship Management: Engage with key stakeholders, understand client needs, and position as a strategic partner. Tailor pitches to align with the client's vision and business objectives.

- Revenue & Performance Tracking: Focus on MoM revenue growth, optimizing pricing strategies, and tracking performance through adoption metrics, sales cycles, and deal sizes.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in technology/PSU with a strong banking background.

- Proven expertise in enterprise sales, account development, and stakeholder management.

- Strong understanding of technology and fintech ecosystems.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Ability to drive customer success and revenue growth in large accounts.
