Account Manager - Quick Commerce

Role Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow our key client relationships within the Quick commerce and e-commerce sectors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart, as well as major players such as Amazon and Flipkart.

This role requires a professional who can effectively manage the PO model and leverage digital marketing to drive success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Platform Management: Manage client accounts on Quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart, as well as e-commerce giants like Amazon and Flipkart.

- Order Management: Effectively manage the Purchase Order (PO) model, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.

- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts by identifying new opportunities and leveraging digital marketing tactics.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Technical Skills:

- E-commerce Platforms: Strong experience with Quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) and major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart).

- Business Model: Deep understanding of the PO (Purchase Order) model.

- Marketing: Knowledge and experience with digital marketing strategies.

- Account Management: Expertise in all aspects of account management.

Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
