What are the responsibilities of the role?
- Generate and close new profitable and sustainable business opportunities including active prospecting, networking, and participation in RFPs.
- Build and nurture existing client and partner relationships to Sustainably grow the business.
- Train team members and help in the overall growth of the team.
- Work with local regional leaders to define and implement new business strategies and tactics.
- Conduct effective internal reviews, defining clear action items and ensuring proper execution.
- Design and maintain a strong work flow and review process.
- Design innovative and efficient media solutions with media Partners.
- Ability to develop and nurture a culture of high work ethics and quality.
- Promote cross functional learning.
- Work in close coordination with finance and legal to ensure contract closure and managing proper payment cycles.
- Manage prospective client relationships and define cross-sell and up-sell strategies to strategically grow the accounts.
- Devise campaign-strategy documents, plans along with leading campaign performance decisions based on client data.
- Represent the agency in the industry.
What are the requirements of the role?
- 4-6 yrs years of digital media experience (strong agency experience preferred).
- 3 years of proven experience in leading a team the digital media space (essential).
- Strong technical understanding of the digital media ecosystem such as attribution, mobile measurement platforms, app ecosystem, fraud, data privacy.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to deliver strong presentation and pitches.
- Strong relationship with brands and partners.
- Commercial acumen and negotiations skills.
- Knowledgeable, passionate and interest in staying on top of consumer and business trends.
