- Win back dormant or lost accounts through consultative engagement and value-driven solutions.
- Map relevant stakeholders in enterprise organizations to understand their recruitment and employer branding requirements.
- Provide customized solutions across iimjobs.com & hirist.com platforms to address client needs effectively.
- Achieve sales objectives and revenue targets by selling, up-selling, and cross-selling a wide range of offerings including employer branding solutions.
- Conduct product training and usage enhancement sessions for clients to maximize value realization from the platform.
- Regularly review account performance, usage, and product adoption; prepare quarterly business reviews and action plans.
- Track competitor activities and contribute to counter-strategies for client retention and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (product, operations, marketing) to ensure client success.
- Manage all reporting and analysis related to account health and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales/account management experience with hands-on exposure to the entire sales cycle including renewals and account growth.
- Proven track record in solution/consultative sales; prior experience in HR Solutions, HR Tech, Consulting, Media, BFSI, Telecom, IT, or SaaS preferred.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
- Internet-savvy with working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Highly driven, target-oriented, and collaborative team player.
