Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end program operation
- Managing Loyalty/ CRM programmes
- Maintaining the client's database. Sharing the weekly MIS & database with the Client & Internal team
- Maintaining and updating records on excel sheets
- Preparing final report and submitting to the clients.
- Making and submitting closure report of the project.
- Expanding program offering and enhancing the quality of existing program
- Coordinating and running events and Campaign
- Gathering feedback and presenting insights
- Identifying opportunities for continual improvement
Requirements
- Experience working and creating MIS reports
- The successful candidate should have 3 plus years' experience in Account implementation & support
- Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities
- Negotiation skills and an ability to handle chaos
