Job description
- Coordinate with Marketing Admin and act as a backup for marketing admin incase of absence.
- Motivate and coordinate the whole team and participate in core meetings.
- Oversee academic program planning, coordination, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies and standards.
- Manage course schedules, materials, and assessments in coordination with faculty.
- Monitor student progress and provide support as needed.
- Assist in curriculum reviews and course development.
- Act as a primary contact for student and faculty academic inquiries.
- Assist the student in identifying appropriate institutional resources
- Timely follow ups and report the details with the marketing admin.
- Collect documents for verification.
- Sign and collect the copy of student application form from students before payment of fees
- Collect the documents from students
- Collect receipt from Accounts Department and forward copy of receipt to customer.
- Share details of the Administration Department to the students after confirmation of the admission, as the support is provided by the Admin head.
- Manage and oversee school operations.
- Develop and implement educational strategies and plans.
- Monitor and report on school performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to school staff.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Explain admission procedures and courses offered the academy.
- Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls.
- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
- Develop a trusted relationship with students as their mentors for any guidance in selecting course.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues for coordinating admission.
- Identify skills, interests career goals of the prospective students.
- Form a rapport with the students, thus enabling a comfortable and free exchange of thoughts and ideas.
- Regular follow up of leads
- To provide a professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer expectations.
