Job Summary:
The Therapy Business Manager will be responsible for successfully launching and driving growth of assigned brands in a specialty segment, in alignment with brand strategy. This role involves achieving patient adoption targets, building strong KOL relationships, executing compliant marketing initiatives, and ensuring effective distribution management within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Launch & Growth: Successfully launch assigned brands in the specialty segment in line with brand and business strategies.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Consistently achieve patient-on-therapy, unit, and value targets for the territory.
- Customer & KOL Engagement: Ensure effective customer coverage and development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the assigned territory as per plan.
- Marketing Execution: Execute and initiate compliant medico-marketing activities to drive brand awareness and adoption.
- Distribution Management: Manage the distribution channel to ensure timely and efficient service to all stakeholders.
- Business Planning: Proactively plan and execute both immediate and medium-term business strategies for the region.
- Market Intelligence: Collect, record, and report market insights and competitor activities to the Head Office.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the specialty segment (preferred).
- Proven track record in selling premium brands (essential).
- Strong relationship management skills with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
- Excellent planning, execution, and territory management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (mandatory)
