Primary Job Function:
- Achieve assigned Area/TBM-wise sales targets.
- Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
- Meet brand- and product-wise targets as per division strategy.
- Plan and execute activities/programs aligned with the division's objectives.
- Develop and mentor team members for progression to the next level.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate team members in achieving their territory-wise targets.
- Coach TBMs on various on-the-job aspects to enhance skills.
- Improve TBMs' field effectiveness through guidance and performance monitoring.
- Monitor effort parameters and ensure execution of strategies.
- Track brand-wise and value-wise month-on-month sales progression.
- Act as an effective communicator with strong analytical skills.
- Serve as a people manager with a focus on team development.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and motivate the team within the assigned area/geography.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
Position Accountability / Scope:
- Responsible for sales and team performance in the assigned area or geography.
Minimum Education:
- B.Sc. / B.Pharm preferred.
- Graduates/Postgraduates from other streams with a strong academic record and proven performance track record will also be considered.
Minimum Experience / Training Required:
- 2-4 years of experience as a First Line Manager in the same therapy area.
- Experience in MNCs or top Indian pharma companies will be an added advantage
