Role Overview:

The Therapy Business Manager will drive business growth within their assigned division by generating prescriptions, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals and stockists.

This role requires a combination of sales acumen, strategic planning, and market insight to ensure optimal business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve and exceed primary and secondary division targets.

- Maximize prescriptions and increase market share.

- Ensure zero expiry of stock on stockist shelves through timely prescription generation and stock liquidation.

- Share competitor and market insights promptly with the ABM and Division team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, customers, and stockists; ensure timely visits as per defined frequency.

- Prioritize doctor engagements and leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to strengthen customer relationships.

- Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress; provide timely product information to stockists.

- Report daily field activities through the assigned online system.

- Organize medical camps (CME) according to division strategy and customer needs.

- Generate POBs for Abbott brands in line with the business plan.

Required Experience:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.

- Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered.

Qualifications: B.Sc./B.Pharma / MSC
