Core Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze market data and prepare actionable area working plans based on market research and performance insights.

- Drive the execution of policies, strategies, and business plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including:

- External: Doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, institutions, and pharmacies.

- Internal: Territory Business Managers (TBMs) and other organizational teams.

- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performance, goal-oriented culture.

- Communicate effectively by simplifying complex information and ensuring clear understanding across teams.

- Monitor team performance regularly, providing follow-up and support to improve productivity.

- Maintain accurate reports and documentation using basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Email).

Required Experience:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a First Line Manager in a similar therapy area within the healthcare industry.

Required Qualification:

- Postgraduate or Graduate degree in Science or any other discipline with a strong academic and performance track record.

- Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Email).

- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
