Main Purpose of Role:

The Senior Manager - E-Commerce and Institutional Sales leads and supervises a team of two or more professionals, overseeing day-to-day sales and marketing operations.


This is a first-level management role focusing on mentoring, coaching, and coordinating the team's activities to drive business growth.


The position involves managing the end-to-end sales and marketing functions, including market research, pricing, merchandising, marketing campaigns, promotions, business development, customer service, and sales administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

- Supervise and mentor a team of Sales and Marketing Officers.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities.

- Coordinate daily work activities to meet operational and business targets.

Sales & Marketing Operations:

- Lead the execution of sales and marketing strategies for e-commerce and institutional sales channels.

- Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform decision-making.

- Drive implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and merchandising activities.

Customer & Market Engagement:

- Act as the primary liaison between the Card Centre and other internal functions regarding products, customers, and market feedback.

- uild and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients and e-commerce partners.

Project Implementation & Compliance:

- Lead and support sales and marketing projects from planning to execution.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Sales Administration:

Oversee customer service, invoicing, credit management, and payment processing for assigned accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA

- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in e-commerce and institutional sales.

- Strong coordination, mentoring, and project management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
