Job Title: Sales Manager - Key Accounts

Main Purpose of Role:

Under general direction, the Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing key accounts. The role involves leading cross-regional sales efforts, driving strategic account growth, and ensuring high-level coordination across internal teams to meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a cross-regional sales team and internal stakeholders to penetrate key accounts and expand customer relationships.

- Gather detailed information about key accounts, identify decision-makers, and understand the client's strategic business challenges and priorities.

- Analyze account data and market trends to prioritize opportunities critical for business growth.

- Ensure effective sales coordination, strategic account planning, and resolve account ownership issues.

- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, account/market plans, and accurate sales forecasts.

- Track, report, and analyze sales activities to ensure targets are met.

- Lead sales teams comprising both direct and indirect reports, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

Education: MBA preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development.

- Strong background in managing key accounts and cross-functional team leadership.
