Job Title: Sales Manager - APOC

Location: Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

Main Purpose of the Role:

Under general direction, the Sales Manager - APOC is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan aimed at expanding and strengthening relationships with key accounts. The role involves a strategic focus on both new business development and the growth of existing accounts within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive cross-regional sales teams and internal stakeholders to penetrate key accounts and expand market presence.

- Gather detailed intelligence on target accounts, including decision-makers, business challenges, and strategic priorities.

- Analyze account-specific data to identify opportunities, prioritize efforts, and formulate actionable strategies.

- Oversee and coordinate professional sales activities, account planning, and conflict resolution regarding account ownership.

- Develop and present sales proposals, account/market plans, and sales forecasts.

- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales activities and outcomes.

- May manage a team comprising both direct and indirect sales representatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: MBA

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a sales role, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.

Proven ability to manage large or complex accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver on strategic sales goals.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
