Main Purpose of the Role

The role is responsible for coordinating and executing business development initiatives in both domestic and international markets. The incumbent will evaluate opportunities, formulate strategies, and drive key projects to achieve the companys financial and marketing objectives. This role emphasizes strategic planning, execution, and team coordination to ensure business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the activities of the business development team.

- Evaluate, analyze, and develop strategies to drive business growth in domestic and foreign markets.

- Oversee the execution of key business development projects and actively contribute to the successful closure of business deals.

- Develop, plan, and prepare business proposals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Provide market insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

- Mentor, coach, and guide team members to enhance overall performance and capability.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

- Proven experience in business development, strategy, or market analysis (domestic and international exposure preferred).

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to mentor and lead a team effectively without direct budget or hire/fire authority.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
