Main Purpose of the Role:

The Marketing Planning Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that drive brand growth, revenue, and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, team supervision, pricing strategy, and effective cross-functional coordination to ensure timely product development and impactful market launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development & Execution:

- Develop and implement marketing programs aligned with brand and business objectives. Monitor effectiveness and optimize for performance.

Pricing Strategy:

- Set and manage product pricing to meet revenue targets and profitability goals, ensuring competitiveness and value alignment.

Product Marketing Team Management:

- Supervise and mentor a team of product marketing professionals. Provide guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.

Roadmap & Planning:

- Build and manage a comprehensive product roadmap to support business growth and sales targets.

Project Management:

- Initiate, prioritize, and track product development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Product Launches:

- Develop and lead go-to-market strategies and launch plans, including internal and external communications, training, and sales enablement.

Pricing & Service Parameters:

- Assist in establishing and continuously improving pricing models and service level parameters for new and existing offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing or a related field.

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy, planning, or product marketing.

- Proven ability to manage teams and lead cross-functional projects.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry or FMCG/healthcare sector is a plus.
