Main Purpose of the Role

The role is responsible for implementing and executing marketing and sales strategies for one or more of the organizations complex, strategically significant, or high-visibility products/services.

The position ensures achievement of established sales, revenue, and market share targets through effective market research, product positioning, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to analyze domestic and international trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.

- Drive product development initiatives including design, pricing, launch planning, and product/service enhancements.

- Oversee advertising campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and market relevance.

- Monitor and evaluate product/service performance, customer feedback, and sales metrics to recommend improvements or new product ideas.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, production, and operations to implement product/service changes aligned with customer needs.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.

- Track sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts; adapt strategies to optimize sales performance.

- Partner with advertising and promotions specialists to develop effective sales campaigns and collateral tailored to the target audience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Masters Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification with relevant industry experience (acceptable).

Experience

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, or product management, preferably handling complex or strategically significant products/services.

Strong background in market research, sales forecasting, and customer/competitor analysis.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles.
