Main Purpose of the Role

To design, implement, and oversee marketing and sales strategies for strategically significant products/services. The role is responsible for driving growth, market share, and profitability through effective product positioning, market research, campaign execution, and sales performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for assigned products/services to achieve revenue and market share goals.

- Conduct thorough domestic and international market research to identify trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitor activities.

- Oversee product development, design, pricing, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Launch new products/services, manage advertising campaigns, and monitor overall performance.

- Evaluate product/service performance and customer feedback to generate insights and identify opportunities for product/service improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, etc.) to implement product/service changes as per market and customer needs.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets; track sales volume, revenue, and costs against targets.

- Continuously adapt strategies to improve sales performance and profitability.

- Partner with advertising, promotions, and creative teams to design effective campaigns and sales collateral tailored to target audiences.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in product-driven industries.

- Strong understanding of market research, product lifecycle management, and sales forecasting.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
