Main Purpose of Role:

- The Sales Manager - GenNext will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth.

- This includes conducting market research and feasibility studies to assess potential markets, partnerships, and products while supporting senior management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to evaluate the potential of new business opportunities.

- Collect, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, and marketing data.

- Provide actionable insights on potential business partners, new markets, products, and services.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients and business partners.

- Contribute to negotiations and deal structuring with prospects and partners.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare accurate and professional reports, presentations, and information packages for senior management and external stakeholders.

-Ensure timely and relevant information is available for strategic and operational decision-making.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Represent the company professionally in client and partner interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 4-7 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or market analysis.

- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools preferred.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with strong business acumen.
