Main Purpose of the Role:

- The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales initiatives for one or more of the organizations high-impact, complex, or strategically important products/services.


- The goal is to achieve targeted sales volumes, revenue, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for assigned products/services.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape both domestically and internationally.

- Oversee product lifecycle including development, pricing strategy, positioning, and launch planning.

- Collaborate with product design and R&D teams to align product features with customer expectations and market demand.

- Plan and implement advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and brand-building efforts in collaboration with creative and media agencies.

- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and generate innovative product ideas.

- Liaise with cross-functional departments including sales, finance, R&D, and production to ensure marketing plans are implemented effectively.

- Prepare annual sales forecasts and budgets; monitor actual performance against these to ensure alignment.

- Continuously evaluate marketing ROI, adjust strategies, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

- Develop and maintain effective marketing collateral and tools tailored for the target audience.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a marketing role, preferably in a product-focused or B2B/B2C organization.

- Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns, launching new products/services, and driving market growth.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms

- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams

- High proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and market trend forecasting
