Core Job Responsibilities

- Anchor PAN India Trade Distributor Claims Management:

- Spoc from Finance for Trade team.

- Lead team handling TT claims.

- Strong monitoring and control of PAN India claims flow by Region.

- Ensure smooth FnF and replacement of Distributor with no outstanding/claim.

- Liaise with stakeholder/cross functions Trade, Commercial Excellence, Legal and OEC for policy closures and interpretation.

- MIS reporting.

- Verifying and processing of DB claims of specific Regions allotted:

- Maintaining TAT of 15 working days for clear claims.

- Ensuring CFM0060 compliance and all relevant SOPs.

- Maintaining Claims Tracker.

- MIS reporting.

- NDCs And Balance Confirmation.

- Collecting and tracking NDCs and Balance confirmations periodically.

- Ledger review and control.

- Ensure ledger hygiene by having periodic review of ledger.

- Liaise with Business Supply Chain and CFS to ensure proper ledger maintenance.

- Validate the ledgers with One Click to disseminate correct ledger information to field colleagues.

- Collections analysis and follow up.

- Review open items and invoices from ledgers.

- Follow up for open invoices with Trade team/stakeholders.

- Audit requirements.

- Regularly attend to and update Audit requirements.

- Other Deliverables/Projects/MIS.

- MIS/Projects that may come up basis dynamic requirements.

Minimum Education: Post Graduation.

Education Level : Major/Field of Study

- Post Graduate Finance, Commerce MBA.

Experience Details

- Minimum of 5 years.

- Experience of 5-7 years would be preferable.

- Should have thorough knowhow of Distributor claims process.

- Should have good stakeholder management experience and expertise.

- Should have understanding of business, its key drivers and the impact on the business of the company and drive company policies effectively.

- Should have knowledge in Core Accounting.

- Collaborate with other functions in ensuring process and controls are maintained.

- Possess strong analytical skills and high integrity.
