Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to manage a portfolio of hospital and institutional customers, achieve sales targets, and drive long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts to achieve and exceed designated sales targets.
- Develop profitable business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term relationships with KOLs, hospital decision-makers, and other external stakeholders.
- Apply detailed product knowledge and comprehensive business insights to support customer needs and drive value.
- Plan and implement sales strategies, leveraging available marketing initiatives and programs.
- Retain and expand business with established clients through effective account management.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory updates to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry.
