Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Key Account Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of Territory Business Managers (TBMs) within [therapy/therapeutic area]. The role involves driving execution of strategies, stakeholder engagement, market analysis, and fostering a strong performance culture to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, monitor, and execute area working plans based on data insights and market research.

- Drive implementation of company policies, strategies, and initiatives in alignment with business objectives.

- Provide effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to the TBM team.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies.

- Ensure effective communication of business goals and simplify complex information for team alignment.

- Track area performance, conduct reviews, and provide actionable feedback.

- Support demand generation activities, territory planning, and execution excellence.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- External: Doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, institutional pharmacies.

- Internal: Territory Business Managers (TBMs), cross-functional teams, and organizational leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA is mandatory

- Minimum 2+ years of experience

- Strong analytical, planning, and monitoring skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
